When you create an account with us, you're automatically part of our Loyalty Program and in the running to be invited to our VIP Club (unless you unsubscribe from us). If you unsubscribe, we can't send you an email invitation, even if you meet spending thresholds. So stay in touch!
Once you spent $500 in our store or make at least 4 orders within the year, you've earned an automatic invitation to our VIP Program. Our VIP Program runs annually, and resets in December, which is when we send out invites for the following year.
Once you sign up with us, you'll receive $20 off your first order of A$99 or more. You'll also be entitled to 10% off your subsequent order, if you leave a product review. There's no cap on this, so essentially you can receive 10% off every time you order!
In addition to the above advantages, you'll also receive up to $50 in vouchers or store credit during the year, early invitation to our Black Friday Sale with an additional discount, and incentives to try new products and brand launches during the year.
A refund will not count towards your annual spend. if the item is returned for store credit, then your spending will be maintained.
As a VIP member, you will receive sale emails 48 hours ahead of the general public so you get first dibs. You'll also receive a deeper discount!
We'll email you an invite in December, with the requirement to opt in to be a part of our VIP Program for the following year. Make sure you check your junkmail! If you believe you have satisfied the spending tier but still haven't received an invitation, just email us at hello@kanvasbeauty.com.au. We'll sort you out.
You must continue to spend to remain in the VIP Program. If you spend over $500 or make more than 4 orders within a calendar year (Jan 1 - Dec 31), you keep your VIP status for the following year.
Ensure you're logged into your account. The store credit should be automatically in your account, whereas vouchers will need to be applied using a code at checkout.
